I am Kithsiri Perera, completed my MS (1992) and PhD(1995) in remote sensing and GIS (Geographic Information systems) in Chiba University, Japan. Presently I am attached to the University of Southern Queensland, Australia. Environmental Remote Sensing Lectures:Volunteer base 1-2h lecturers can be conducted for School Children around SEQ(QLD) region on "Environmental Remote Sensing". The lecture covers remote sensing introduction and basics, sensors used in remote sensing, atmospheric transmission, and factors affecting spectral reflectance and some popular applications of remote sensing.
